February 11^th marked the International Day of Women and Girls in Science. This is a day to celebrate the achievements of female scientists throughout history, and to think about the need for inclusivity in science. To commemorate this day, we asked our lab members to reflect on the importance of women and girls in science and on the challenges they still face.
