The influence of visual information on speech perception is well known. For example, when we are in a noisy environment, lipreading makes it easier to understand speech.

Le laboratoire des neurosciences de la parole et de l’audition, dirigé par Pascale Tremblay, Ph.D., se spécialise dans la recherche en neurosciences cognitives du langage.
